Teresa Welborn considers herself a Tucson native even though she moved here when she was six months old, and is a graduate of St. Cyril School, Catalina High School, University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University. Teresa is celebrating her 23rd year of marriage, has two sons who both recently graduated from college, and is curious what the next part of her life will bring. Teresa is currently a consultant working with nonprofit organizations in the areas of development, marketing, and communications. Teresa enjoys her motorcycle, scuba diving, skiing, and is training to ride in the El Tour de Tucson in November.

Richard Zelens danced professionally with Robert Joffrey Ballet, Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Nederland's Danes Theatre, American Ballet Theater, and several New York avant-guard dance companies. After studying art at Cooper Union, he began his 30+ year career producing hand painted fabric for leading interior decorators and commissioned installations. He was owner and operator of Gallery Four Ten, which closed this year, and taught painting through Pima community College. He's a painter and ceramic artist showing his work at Raices Taller Gallery and in several local art exhibitions and fairs.

Howard Allen has worked as a professional actor, director, journalist and playwright and screenwriter and holds an MFA in Playwriting and Screenwriting and Criticism. He teaches Writing for Film and Television at Pima College and he also teaches The Art of Cinema for NAU-Tucson. He started a successful Internet business, www.ScriptDoctor.com. He has been an administrator and director of the BY DESIGN discussion program for the Arizona Theatre Company. His plays have been featured in the Writer's Circle with Actors Theatre of Phoenix. He has enjoyed roles at the Arizona Theatre Company in Hamlet, Threepenny Opera and others and most recently he played Gremio in Live Theatre Workshop's Taming of the Shrew. He was the editor of the Tucson Weekly for several years, where he was an award-winning reporter/editor and film/theatre reviewer.

Chuck Gross fled the Midwest in 1975 for Arizona and found a home. After thirty years it still feels that way - the place that gives him his perspective. Born 20 years after Elvis on the same date in Flint, Michigan with many homes through his youth from St. Louis to Rock Island and rural Iowa. Musician, chef, aspiring ecstatic and humble student of yoga seeking the most alive moment. A graduate of the university of funky Broadway and a certified ServSafe Food Manager with a passion for healing cuisine and peace. Hit song currently in process.

Halsy-Taylor moved her primary residence from Boston, where she spent most of her life, to Tucson in 1993. She has worked in the professional arts community since 1985 as a performer, director, producer and creative advisor. As a spokesperson and liaison, Halsy-Taylor has represented numerous Tucson arts organizations including Ballet Arizona, Catalina Chamber Orchestra, Zuzi! Dance Company, and UA Present' Dance Outreach, Valley of the Moon, as well as independent artists. Musicians, poets, painters and other artisans have engaged her services to promote and exhibit their work. In 1997 she began work as a freelance copyeditor. She serves as a script doctor for Literary Partners Group, and one of her own plays was produced at the Colorado Short Play Festival. When asked to comment on any future goals, her response was, “Equipoise.

Rubin Naiman is a clinical psychologist who was born in Europe and raised in New York City and New Jersey. He graduated from Atlantic City High School, went to Rutgers University with the intention of becoming a rabbi, encountered the sixties, and, when he regained consciousness, found himself married with three children and a growing interest in psychology. For the past three decades he has taught and practiced extensively, developed a deep interest in sleep, dreams, and spirituality. His book, Healing Night: The Science and Spirit of Sleeping, Dreaming, and Awakening is available at his website www.drnaiman.com and will be available in bookstores in March 2006
