lived in the sunny Southwest back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, and swore she would never return. And yet, she returned, to act, improvise, and tell stories far from the cold and damp of the Pacific Northwest. 

is a Tucson native passionate about fostering connection and kindness. During the school year, she works with Ben's Bells, and each summer she works with a school that teaches English to international students in New York. She enjoys hearing students' stories, learning about diverse cultures, and traveling.

 is happy to call the mountains home. He is wrapping up a doctorate in applied mathematics and planning the next adventure, ideally involving less computer time. He’s often out exploring the trails around Tucson, musing about toad distribution and creosote scent diffusion as he runs down Sabino Canyon Road.

is a creative type who’s worked as a stand up comedian, a student-filmmaker and a one-man show for his girlfriend. He’s currently earning his Master's in Secondary Education and spends his free time dancing Argentine Tango, eating chickpeas, and writing the libretto for a comedy-horror opera.

Equal parts starry-eyed idealist and crusty contractor, Joe hails from Phoenix but thinks he’s been in Tucson long enough to call himself a local. When he's not baring his soul to a roomful of strangers, he can be found dancing, bicycling, and talking about how he really should be camping and hiking more. 

A 911 communications supervisor, chef, and photographer, Steven has worn many Odyssey hats since 2014. He’s curated numerous shows and now records the Odyssey Storytelling podcast. As president of the Story Arts board, he helps keep the stories – and the organization behind them – moving.
