As an artist, educator, and entrepreneur, Sharon has never fit neatly into boxes. She’s a co-founder of Stories that Soar! and currently serves as Executive Director of Literacy Connects. She’s been in a girlfriend group called The Dicks for over 40 years and loves game nights with her family.

lives in midtown, works at the U of A, and cares for a 7-lb Chiweenie named Pete who begrudgingly let her leave the house to tell a story tonight. She is the co-curator of a Pole Dance and Poetry series that will have its next show, DIVINE, on January 23 at The Rock.
